This Privacy Policy explains how SilverCrest LLC ("SilverCrest LLC", "we", "us"), based in Chicago, Illinois, USA, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Suit Ducks ("the Service"), part of the Nova Ducks family.

• Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you sign up.
• Connected account details: the LinkedIn login details, and any two-factor secret, that you choose to add so the Service can act on your behalf. These are stored encrypted and are never displayed back to you in plain text.
• Synced profile data: information the Service reads from the LinkedIn accounts you connect, such as profile name, picture, bio, location, and activity counts, so you can manage them.
• Usage and automation data: the actions the Service performs for you and their outcomes, kept as statistics and logs.
• Billing information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical data: cookies and session identifiers, IP address, and basic device and browser information.

3. How we use your information

• to provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• to perform the automated actions you configure on your connected LinkedIn accounts;
• to authenticate you, secure your account, and prevent abuse;

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. You can ask us to delete your data as described below.
